Coonawarra Premium Vineyards Limited: AFS Licence No 226243 Coonawarra Premium Vineyards Limited (‘CPVL’) is the Responsible Entity and Manager for the Coonawarra Premium Vineyards Project One and is the Responsible Entity and Trustee for Coonawarra Australia Property Trust (ASX: CNR).

As Manager CPVL is responsible for the management of each Investor’s vineyard in the Project. CPVL is licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and each investment is regulated in accordance with the Corporations Act (Curth) 2001.

The day-to-day management of the Project Vineyards is sub-contracted to Coonawarra Vineyard Management Services Pty Ltd (‘CVMS’), an associated entity of CPVL. CVMS is an established professional manager of vineyards in the Coonawarra region, including the neighboring CPV Wines and Watson Wine Group vineyards. CVMS has substantial infrastructure located in Coonawarra, and is one of the largest vineyard managers in the region.
